From an initial selection of design concepts we will refine your preferred design based on your feedback to ensure that we deliver the perfect design for you.

Stage 3 of 6 : Build

All our sites are built to industry coding standards to ensure maximum compatibility and resiliance.

Each and every development is subject to rigorous testing, and is made available for the client to try out in a private environment before going live.

Larger projects can be delivered in a phased approach, providing greater control over rollout and more opportunities for feedback-based improvements.

Stage 4 of 6 : Feedback and flexibility

We understand that requirements can shift throughout the project process.

As such, we encourage our clients' feedback throughout the course of a project to ensure that we are still heading in the right direction.

Our flexible approach to project management means that a change to specification can be incorporated into the project with minimal impact on costs and timescales.

Stage 5 of 6 : Reporting

Targetted reporting is vital for demonstrating your return on investment for your sites.

We offer as standard a set of statistics/reporting packages, including the popular Google Analytics, providing you with details of usage, referrals, and navigation routes.

In addition, we can build bespoke reporting tools customised for the content of your site, from detailed analyses to simple, graphical management reports for immediate presentation.

Stage 6 of 6 : Ongoing support

Once a project is live, we're still on hand to offer support and advice.

Our day2day credits packages offer a convenient and cost-efficient way to manage any maintenance updates and smaller site changes which may be required.

Going forward as organisational and/or functional requirements change, additional tools and solutions can be integrated to allow the site to evolve appropriately.
