We make the changes -- which could be anything from a text amendment to creation of a diagram or banner, to publishing a whole new site area -- and then deduct the appropriate number of maintenance 'points' from your account, without requiring you to raise a new purchase order every time a change is needed. Purchased maintenance points don't expire, and you can top up your account whenever you like -- it's a convenient way to keep your web site updated without the hassle.
